All teaching is a co-creative process; we are all ever expanding. The outcome for each individual has infinite possibilities.
If you find you are pushing for anything, investigate "the push". Look for possibilities.

Hua Shan
TaoistChi Kung 1
A Spiritual/Energetic development course has been passed to us through Larry Johnson, O.M.D., L. Ac., the only lineage holding disciple of the late Chan Chiu Lim, Master of Hua Shan Taoist Chi Kung. Entry level sequence of 36 exercises reveals energetic principles designed to gather, refine, matriculate and guard Jing (essence). Jing is the foundation of our form.

Strategies 1: book

Hua Shan
TaoistChi Kung 2/3
Level 2: 36 exercises in the energy level Chi, activating transformational powers latent in all human beings. Level 3: 36 exercises in the energy level Shen, harmonizing man with the Divine.

Strategies 2/3: book

Yoga and QiGong have many styles and forms that teach connecting or returning to source. Yoga source is called prana. QiGong source is called chi. Source is "ecstasy, our primordial state. " --D. Chopra. M.D. Don Miguel Ruiz describes source as "something wonderful inside of you which you can open to." "There is nothing more important than feeling good -- the connection to vibrational source." Abraham

"The effects of each course becomes more profound as they accumulate through regular training". --L. Johnson. Training balances the energies of ha and tha, the sun and moon, feminine and masculine, active and passive, yin and yang through regulation of body, breath, and mind. Training cultivates strength, endurance, flexibility and relaxation. Training is meditation in action. Wonderful experiences may evolve during training, the real value being in what happens after.

"In daily life we see people around us who are happier than we are, and people who are less happy. Some may be doing praiseworthy things and others causing problems. Whatever may be our usual attitudes towards such people and their actions, if we can be pleased with others who are happier than ourselves, compassionate towards those who are unhappy, joyful with those doing praiseworthy things and remain undisturbed by the errors of others, our minds will be very tranquil." We will know a persons mind is very tranquil if we observe that they behave in daily life in the manner mentioned above. The above sutra can be taken as a prescription for training, or as a description of the results of training. Yoga Sutra 1.33.
