Understanding Principles for Standing on your two feet with gravity
A. Sit down on the floor with legs and feet together, legs extended.
Alternating leg position: Allow your right leg to EXTERNALLY ROTATE by lifting the right toes and pressing gently on the right heel from the hip. There is no hip movement, only the leg moves. Put the right foot down wherever it lands. Gently turn the left leg INTERNALLY ROTATE by lifting the left heel and pressing on the ball of the left foot. No hip movement In this position. Allow both knees, which are not locked, to externally rotate toward the little toe.
